Holding a Ph.D. in law, specialized in international law and legal gender studies, I explored the spectrum of legal professions and worked in a law office, as a lecturer of European law and politics and in the environment of INGOs.
I gained a wide range of experiences in leading positions in the field of advocacy, industry, the public service, politics and the social field. The sustainable transformation of conflicts, the facilitation of change processes and contributions to an open society - such as director and CEO of a Think Tank and Academy - thereby evolved into a matter close to my heart.
During my international Master program in Switzerland, I further developed my methodology and competences in peacebuilding and conflict transformation and opened up my research field of "Unconditional Spaces".
"Unconditional Spaces" now constitute the foundation and philosophy of my work as a consultant, coach, moderator and facilitator on the national and international level. They accompany my daily endeavor to make a personal contribution to a more peaceful world.
Between early 2015 and September 2018, I headed the department for communal integration of Caritas for People In Need in Upper Austria. Regional Competence Centers for Integration and Diversity (ReKI) accompany municipalities and communities with their integration endeavors. From December 2018 until June 2020, I was heading the NEOS Lab - the open laboratory for new politics, academy and think tank of the Austrian grassroot movement party NEOS.
From June 2020 onwards, I now accompany dedicated organisations and engaged individuals in reaching their goals in team development, team building and (new) leadership. Additionally, I am facilitating e.g. the online seminar "Dialogue & Facilitation" at the academy for conflict transformation at the forum ZFD in Cologne, Germany.
